Welcome to BeeCastle! We are thrilled you've chosen to transform your approach to relationship management with us.
This is your step by step guide to getting your team from zero to success on BeeCastle time. Investing time and energy initially to set up BeeCastle pays off, as our integrations mean there is little ongoing work for the user to get value from mapping, scoring & coaching relationships.
To get your team to that point, we recommend the following steps:
1. Integrate Microsoft 365
2. Add contacts and companies
3. Setup your custom company & contact fields
4. Invite other users
5. Download the iOS app, add BeeCastle to Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook
6. Configure your relationship score
7. Engage with BeeCastle with the following features
